Avoid Turning Energy Management into Procrastination

Managing energy does not mean postponing every difficult task until conditions feel perfect. You will not always be energetic, inspired, or free from stress.

The goal is to improve the conditions for action, not wait indefinitely for an ideal mood. On a low-energy day, reduce the size of the task rather than abandoning it completely.
